Returns Policy

The Monte Hospital is a responsible internet seller and abides by the Distance Selling Regulations ['DSR'] and the Sale of Goods Act.

We ask that you inspect all deliveries immediately upon arrival. In the event your package is damaged please inform the delivery driver and do not accept the goods.

If you discover shortages, discrepancies or damage when you open your parcel you should inform us by phone or e-mail within 48 hours of the delivery. Take a look at our 'Contact Us' page for full details of the ways you can get in touch.

If for any reason within 28 days of your delivery you decide that you don't want all or part of your order please notify us by phone or e-mail, then send the goods back to us at the postal address shown on our 'Contact Us' page. Once we receive the goods, in 'as-shipped' condition, we will credit you the full value of any returned goods but you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once 28 days have passed your goods remain covered under warranty for one year from the date of delivery, as set out in paragraph 11 of our 'Conditions of Sale'.
